YSR Cong insults father of Nation; act against Jagan

Protesting against the flexy board erected by the YSR congress party activists by comparing its leader YS Jaganmohan Reddy with Mahatma Gandhi at Guntur on the eve of Independence day yesterday, Rajya Sabha member and senior Congress leader V Hanumantha Rao today demanded the government to initiate action against the YSR Congress party. The YSR Congress party leaders erected flexy boards in Guntur reads, ‘White peoplehave sent Gandhi to jail and Black people sent Jagan to jail’, where is the justice?. Talking to repoters after cleansing the the Mahatma Gandhi statue with milk at Secunderabad here, Mr Hanumantha Rao said the YSR congress party leaders and activists has insulted the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi on the eve Independence day and hurting the sentiments of millions of people in India by comparing Jagan with Mahatama Gandhi. ‘It was shameful on the part of YSRCP to compare its leader Jagan with Mahatma Gandhi who fought for freedom of the country’. However, Mr Jagan had looted the wealth of the state’, he said. YSRCP honorary President YS Vijayamma also not condemned the flexy incident, he said and adding it was responsible of the state government to act immediately on the ‘shameful act’ of YSRCP, VH added. He demanded that YSRCP leader should apologise Mahatma Gandhi for their mistake.
