Three CMs opposing Special status to AP

ashok--gajapati-rajuAccording to Union Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju statement, three Chief Ministers are opposing ‘special category state’ status to Andhra Pradesh.

Speaking to reporters at Vizianagaram, Raju said, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley spoke in Parliament saying injustice was done to AP ,The Centre is also considering the special status issue but three Chief Ministers are opposing it

He said, The 14th Finance Commission said, AP will have revenue deficit of Rs 23,000 crore, while the Telangana will have a surplus of Rs 1.18 lakh crore i next five years.

He said, center and the state are working together but some forces don’t want this to happen for political reasons.
