TDP leaders arrested for disrupting Praja Patham

The government-sponsored Praja Patham programmes continued to be disrupted by the Opposition party leaders, as ruling party MLA V Srinivasa Rao and TDP Leader Buddha Venkanna jostled at Prajapatham Programme. A wordy duel took place between the Congress MLA and TDP leader at a Praja Patham programme held at Arjun Street in One town area today. The TDP leader questioned the MLA about the delay in construction of flyover at Kanaka Durga Temple on NH 9.

This led a verbal duel between the leaders.

At a point of time, the Congress and TDP leaders grappled, shouting slogans.

Meanwhile, the police took away TDP leaders to police station. The police produced all the six TDP leaders in the court which granted them bail.
