Subramanyam(Sai Dharam Tej) is a happy going guy living in USA doing all kind of jobs to support his family in India. Seetha (Regina Cassandra) is the daughter of Reddappa (Suman) elopes from her hometown Kurnool to USA to get married with her Facebook lover Abhi (Ranadheer).Subramanyam meets Seetha at airport when he happens to pickup his uncle Chintakaya(Brahmanandam). Seetha finds that her love interest Abhi is quite engaged with another girl and break up with him and she is rescued by Subramanyam, who also convince her to attend his sister (tejaswini) engagement while Seetha ask him to accompany her to Kurnool.Seetha gets into deep trouble once again. On the other side, Subramanyam was supposed to marry Durga(Adah Sharma) and her brother Ajay run after him. Seetha family think Subramanyam is their son-in-law. How Subramanyam comes out of these ? What happens in Kurnool?… Forms the story.
Sai Dharam Tej is improving a lot but his mannerisms will definitely reflect his uncle’s chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan’s styles. His energy , comedy timing is good, dancing abilities are excellent. He has to improve on emotions and voice. Regina Cassandra plays a simple girl role and very good at emotions. She was lovely in her traditional dresses.
Adah sharma pays a important role in the film but not much scope . Brahmanandam as Chintakaya serves routine comedy stuff. Fish Venkat and his batch scenes are Hilarious with latest English dialogues and Whatsapp Shot. Rao ramesh ,Naga Babu, Ajay, Tejaswi Madivada, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Thagubothu Ramesh, Suman are fine in their roles.
Music of Mickey J Meyer is a big asset for the film especially the Guvva Gorinka Tho remix song…with excellent picturation in exotic locations with good chemistry. Dialogues are good like Nenu Dabbu Kosam Digipotha..Digaka Jariponu”. Cinematography is excellent . Editing is good . Screenplay is up to the mark . Production values are high.
Director Harish Shankar after tasting a flop with Ramayya Vasthavayya , has taken immense care to make it a family entertainer . He has stressed on dialogues and action sequences to satisfy the mass audience. Although the film has a routine story , loosely inspired from Bollywood film Jab We Met. Still the freshness of the film exists. Strange thing is that Money minded hero and emotional heroine acts as couple for the prize announced by NRI Rajasekhar(Nagababu) and the girl even loves this guy. Harish is great fan of Pawan Kalyan, Making Sai Dharam Tej entry with Pawan Kalyan’s hit songs in background , is quite engaging for fans .
Subramanyam For Sale first half is pretty engaging an the second half is balanced with both comedy along with family emotional content. On the whole , this film is a clean family commercial entertainer
