Small films better than Big flicks

bichagadu-brahmotsavamNizam distributor Abhishek Nama had incurred huge losses after he bought the Nizam rights of Mahesh Babu’s Brahmotsavam.

However Abhishek is happy for small films that turned to be profitable ventures for him. He recently bought the rights of Supreme for Rs 26 crore, which a money spinner for him. He also distributed films like Kumari 21 F and Krishnagadi Veera Prema Gaadha.

He says, Samlall and medium scale films have done good business than big flicks. He said Industry can survive with big fikcks Only small and medium films wuld help the industry.

Small film Bichagadu has set an example , It was bought for Rs 50 lakh, collected more than Rs 18 crore.
