Sleeping hours reduced in trains

AP-Express-now-telangana-express-trainThe Railway Board has reduced the sleeping hours in train by an hour during train travel at nights.

Those who travel in the reserved coaches will have to sleep only from 10 am to 6 am. So far, it was from 9 am to 6 am.

But according to the new regulations to be implemented now, it has reduced by a one hour. But some have been exempted from this provision who include the disabled, pregnant, and those suffering from illness.

Railway Ministry spokesperson Anil Saxena said the decision was taken after the officials had taken the review from the passengers. He said that this rule must be implemented in the reserved coaches of all trains. This decision has been taken considering the problems faced by the middle berths travelers.
