He alleged , Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao’s government’s mismanagement and maladministration has pushed Telangana into financial crisis.
He said, State government not only lacks funds to spend on welfare and development schemes but is also unable to pay salaries. Last years the state’s revenue surplus of Rs. 7,500 crore on formation but now borrowing 5,000 crore to pay salaries, pensions and crop loan waiver dues.
He demanded the finance minister Etela to explain as what went wrong in last two budgets . He also showed a clipping where T govt claimed that state is second richest.
