The real estate boom in Hyderabad has started once again after nearly three years of witnessing down swing. The demand for assets and properties has once again revived with the sincere efforts of the state government.
The registration and stamps department has witnessed huge revenues in second quarter of the financial year for 2015. In 2014 the department got a revenue of 590 crore for same quarter , In 2015 it has earned 800 crores as stamp duty in GHMC limits . Property Transactions have increased from area like Uppal, Bala Nagar, Gachibowli, Shamshabad, Kukatpally and Kompally .
In Ranga Reddy too, the registration and stamps department has earned 40 % more than last year’s figures. In 2015 the revenue is 400 crores compared to 230 crore in 2014. It means that, the old days of Real Estate Boom is back in Hyderabad .
