Rayapati taking political Sanyasam

Guntur MP Rayapati Sambhasiva Rao, who complained of raw deal in the nomination of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam’s chairman’s post, on Saturday once again expressed his displeasure against the Congress party. Talking to media persons after emerging from review meeting of MP Local Areas Development Funds, the MP said that he was planning to take ‘political sanyas’ if the things did not improve in the Congress party. He ruled out the possibilities of him joining other political party.
Rayapati was not getting good treatment these days from Cong party and he is been side lined from last 2 years. Rayapati was not able to digest some of the things happend in AP politics in recent times. Twice Congress High command didnot give priority to him for Tirualma chairman ship post, he lobbied for this post heavily but still no luck. He was also pulled into Sex trade worker Tara chowdhury couple of months back. All these things causing agony and pain to him.
Rayapati said that the country might witness mid-term elections any time. However, he said that the Congress was in a pathetic position in the State and only God could save the party.
