Rana to focus on Kollywood

He’s one of those actors in tinsel town who works on one film at a time. Currently busy shooting for Vaanam fame Krish’s Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum, Rana Daggubatti has just wrapped up work on his Hindi film Departmentfor Ram Gopal Varma.

“Krish is an old friend of mine, and he knows my strength and weakness. He can bring out the best in me. Also, I love his style of filmmaking. It’s rooted in reality, and at the same time, commercially entertaining,” begins Rana. Ask him about working with Nayanthara post her comeback, and he says, “It’s just been over 10 days since I started shooting with Nayanthara. But she’s a thorough professional, and hugely talented. No wonder she’s given several hits in the industry. She adds value to her character.”

“I’m in touch with Selvaraghavan, and we’ve been working on some scripts now. However, he’s busy with Irandam Ulagam and I’ve my commitments in Tollywood. But post July, he and I will officially announce our project together, which will most likely be a Tamil-Telugu bilingual!” he added
