Lakshmi Ganapathi Films, one of the popular production houses and it is known for producing the dubbing films, bought the rights of Rajinikanth’s “Vikrama Simha” for whopping amount but the movie bombed at the box-office.
Lakshmi Ganapathi Films has taken the theatrical rights in Telugu for this movie at a whopping price and know it is struggling to recover from this big loss. Nearly 12 crores of B Subramanyam was stuck with original Kochadaiyaan producers and they still did not come. they even stopped producing films.
Rajini usually compensates distributors when they incur loss but in Lakshmi Ganapathi Films case , Rajini’s family even denying appointment. C. Kalyan, president of the South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce, tried to meet Lata Rajinikanth, but failed to get appointment. While Rajini is in USA.
But why Rajini doesn’t want to settle the issue ?, What was the deal with Lakshmi Ganapathi Films ?, is still a mystery. However when Kabali producer Kalaipuli Thanu informed Lata Rajinikanth about the issue, she told him not to entertain it now.
