Although Rajamouli is pretty happy with the final output of “Eega”, he seems to be an unhappy man for some reason. Prod the director on why he’s dissatisfied, “I’m disappointed because I worked with Nani for only few days than I initially expected. So I conceived a video song to shoot on him,” says Rajamouli.
The unit says that the song will be used as a part of the film’s promotional blitzkrieg before and after release. While the promo features Nani, the same song in the movie will see the housefly’s character.
Music director Keeravani said that it is a challenging task for him to score music for a character that has no dialogues. “Yes, it’s definitely challenging to give the background score for a movie, which has a fly gesticulating with hands and moving its legs. But I’m happy that we are happy with the final outcome”, said Keeravani.
“Eega” is certainly one of the most-awaited films of the year and Rajamouli has already announced that “Eega” will hit the screens on July 6. The film’s presenter Daggubati Suresh Babu is planning a mammoth release with around 1200 prints in all the three languages – Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam.
