Heard this? Bollywood’s recent release “Rowdy Rathore”, the remake of Telugu movie “Vikramarkudu”, is now gearing for a prequel. Basking in the box office success of Rowdy Rathore, the makers have already started planning part two. The director of the film Prabhu Deva hints at making a prequel toRowdy Rathore and rumors are that UTV is considering the idea to bring in this prequel.
According to sources, Rowdy Rathore’s prequel is reported to be titled “Don’t Angry Me”, and the film spins around the early part of the life of Vikram Rathore, his wife’s demise and his posting in the village. And Prabhu Deva will once again take over the directorial reins of Rowdy Rathore 2. But mind you, only after he wraps up Shahid Kapoor’s film ‘Namak’.
While Rowdy Rathore’s prequel might not take off immediately, production sources suggest that the film might go on floors next year. So Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha will be once again sharing the screen space soon.
