Andhra Pradesh government has reacted to former Supreme Court judge Markandeya Katju, who opined of imposing President rule in the state.
Addressing press Government Adviser Parakala Prabhakar said, Government is here to implement the law, the social media activists are posting objectional remarks and semi-nude photos which should be taken action. He said, After knowing the facts about Ravi Kiran’s case, he will withdraw his remarks, said Parakala.
TDP State general secretary and A.P. State Housing Corporation Chairman Varla Ramaiah said Article 356 of the Constitution could be invoked only if the government failed. He suspected the hand of YSR Congress president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy in the anti-government statement issued by Katju.
