Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu led the state in celebrating Independence Day by unfurling the national flag at Anantapur.
During his speech after hoisting the national flag at a colourful ceremony in Anantapur, Naidu hits out at Centre over unfulfilled promises to Andhra Pradesh .
He said, Narendra Modi government at center has failed to honour the promises made to the state and he would not rest until he drew the last paisa from the Centre.
He said, the center has failed to bridge the revenue deficit gap after biruriation. He demanded that the Centre honour its promise and grant special category status to the state and also establish a new railway zone at Visakhapatnam.
He said, His aim to make the state among top three by 2022 and No:1 state by 2029 and by 2050 , AP should be one of the world’s most attracting investment hub.
