Naidu gets a shock from Supreme court in Cash for Vote case

naidu-cashlessAndhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu gets a shock from Supreme court on Monday as the court admits a plea by YSRCP MLA from Mangalagiri Alla Ramakrishna Reddy, in Cash for Vote case.

Supreme Court serves notice to AP CM in Cash For Vote scam and asked Naidu to file counter as good as possible.

YSRCP MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy had filed an appeal against the judgment of Hyderabad High Court which had quashed the decision of the lower court. He informed that the High Court had rejected his plea stating he had no locus standi and stated that anybody could report anything to the court with evidences as per section 190 CRP.

He criticised Chandrababu of managing the system in his favour, he stated how he had approached the Supreme Court after the High Court had given its verdict in Chandrababu’s favour.

It is known that Chandrababu had been caught red-handed in audio tapes during MLC elections of Telangana, speaking a TRS MLA at the time of elections to the Legislative Council. Naidu’s dialogue of Naidu, ‘ mana vallu briefed me. ‘has become very popular in the Telugu speaking States.
