Naidu files quash petition in HC on re-investigation of cash-for-vote

rp_naidu-295x300.jpgAndhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu filed quash petition in High court on re-investigation of cash-for-vote case.

Naidu challenging Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) court’s ruling to re-investigate the case,moved a Lunch Motion Petition in the High Court, seeking quashing of ACB orders.

Naidu alleged that the Opposition YSRCP trying to create hurdles for his efforts for the development of state in the form of filing cases against him. He also stated that YSRCP MLA A Rama Krishna Reddy has no connection with the case.

The High Court after going through the content, has accepted the petition and it deferred the case for tomorrow.Earlier ACB has submitted a memo to the court that it will go ahead with the case and also take the issue of AP CM’s voice related with cash for vote scam.
