MS Raju knocks Old Friend’s Door for Son

Star director MS Raju’s directorial new release ‘Tuneega Tuneega’ introduced his son Sumanth Ashwin as hero. The film, which released on last Friday failed to attract the audience but Sumanth scored good marks for his energy levels. Critics also praised the young actor for his acting abilities. Now, the latest we hear is MS Raju knocking his old friend’s door to direct his son.

The old friend we are talking about is choreographer turned director Prabhu Deva, who is in full swing with the success of Bollywood flick Rowdy Rathore. We know MS Raju has given the chance for Prabhu Deva to direct a film in past. The ace choreographer made his directorial debut with MS Raju’s super hit production venture ‘Nuvvosthanante Nenoddantana’. Later, Prabhu Deva directed another MS Raju’s production venture ‘Pournami’ which was a flop at box office. Post this film, MS Raju never scored a hit so far and produced few more flops. Now, as per the sources Sankranthi Raju asked his old friend Prabhu Deva to direct his son. It is doubtful whether Prabhu Deva will be directing Sumanth because he is flooded with plenty of Bollywood offers post Rowdy Rathore success and shifted the base to Mumbai.
