Prime minister Narendra Modi has not taken bold step of banning big notes to curb black money but also defending his move.
Speaking at Goa , Modi sought the blessings from the people to defeat the menace of corruption.
Taking on Rahul Gandhi He said, Those involved in big scams, now have to stand in long queues to take out Rs 4000.
He said, Demonetisation process started 10 months ago while explaining the move. Why do we have to put the future of our youths at stake? questioned Modi.
He said, Those who want to do politics are free to do so But The people have chosen a government expect so much from it. In 2014, so many people voted to free the nation from corruption. If any money that was looted in India and has left Indian shores, it is our duty to find out about it. He said, many MPs asked me not to make PAN mandatory for any purchase of jewellery.
He said, He know the forces up against him, they may not let him live,they may ruin him because their loot of 70 years is in trouble, but he is prepared. This is not the end; He has more projects in mind to eradicate corruption.
