Mahesh Babu’s producer and director of Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’ are on their jobs again to fill the loss which might occur with SVSC on final run as the budget of the film is too heavy around Rs.60 crores. Although the movie got a hit talk but due to heavy budget its not easy to break-even in all areas. The movie was released with 24.24 crores deficit after selling all areas except Nizam . Movie was allocated Rs. 16 crores (highest ever) for Nizam distribution rights and remaining 8+ are recovered from satellite & other rights.
According to trade, The movie is already on edge to break-even at overseas but, there are less chances to break-even at Nizam, Ceded, Vizag, Karnataka , TN & Guntur as collections are dropping with no repeat audience. These losses might be compensated with Dil Raju’s next big budget film Ramcharan’s ‘Yevadu’ by selling rights at lesser price and at the same time Director Srikanth Addala will be working with a newcomer soon,Chiranjeevi’s brother, Nagababu wants Srikanth to direct his son, Varun Tej’s launch venture. A source close to Srikanth tells us that the director gave a assurance to Nagababu. That’s not all, sources say that he narrated a script as well and it seems Nagababu gave his nod. He wants to complete his next movie within 6 months of time-frame as he already lost 3 years time on SVSC.
Both, the producer & director of Mahesh’s SVSC are trying to set straight their records with mega heroes films. Meanwhile,Varun, who is currently undergoing acting training will commence shooting for the movie as soon as he is done with it.
