Mecca Masjid blast : All Accused Acquitted

meccaHyderabad court today acquitted all the accused in the case of the 2007 Mecca Masjid blast which claimed 9 lives and injured 58.

The NIA Special Court at Nampally had concluded the hearing and pronounced the judgment in the case, amidst Tight security arrangements deploying 2,000 police personnel.

A1 – Devender Gupta, A2- Lokesh Sharma, A6- Swamy Aseeman and A7 – Bharath Mohan Lal Riteshwar and A8 – Rajendra Choudary have been acquitted due to lack of evidence.

The NIA which investigated the sensational case had charge-sheeted on five of 10 accused persons in the case.
