Mauritius government notices to Modi in Jagan’s case

The Mauritius government has approached Arbitration Court in the Netherlands seeking to do justice to the Tech Zone IT SEZ. The Mauritius govt has served notices to The Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other ministers.

The CBI filed charge sheet against several others, including Jagan, Shyam PrasadDeddy, in the Tech Zone IT SEZ case. This project stopped. Mauritius has 49 percent share in Tech Zone. Carissa Investments LLC of Mauritius has invested over Rs.115 crore for the IT SEZ. Rs 118 crore for the second time, Rs 14 crore for the second time and Rs 99 crore for the third time.

InduTech Zone IT SEZ had neglected to take off after CBI chargesheeted Jagan Mohan Reddy.
