Congress senior leader and Parliament Member V Hanumanta Rao has alleged that Mangali Krishna who is co-accused in the murder of faction leader Maddelacheruvu Suri, has close links with the YSR Congress chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy.
Talking to the media here on Wednesday, he said Mangali Krishna has threatened a Hyderabad businessman Mastan Rao, leading to his suicide. Stating that people of Hyderabad were unaware of murder politics, Hanumantha Rao said if Krishna came from the far off Kadapa district and committing crimes in Hyderabad, he must have the support of some one like Jagan.Hanumantha Rao has said that Krishna has supplied weapons not only to Suri, but also to his murderer Bhanu Kiran. He has questioned how he could have done all this, without the support of Jagan.
Referring to BJP senior leader Venkaiah Naidu’s regular criticism of the congress, VH has questioned if he did not see the corruption of Jagan. He has questioned why Venkaiah was not opening his mouth about Jagan.
Referring to the silence of the Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy also in regard to Jagan, Hanumantha Rao has said that he was thinking that it was beneath his position to talk about the Kadapa MP. But the time has now come to place all the irregularities committed by Jagan before the people, he has added.
He said he has so far thought that Jagan was only after money. Now he came to know that he had close links with criminals also. He said he would go to Seemandhra and campaign against Jagan in the ensuing elections by exposing his real character.
