Hero Nandamuri Bala Krishna and his son-in-law Nara Lokesh celebrated their sanmkranthi at Naravaripalle, the native village of the TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu.
Nara and Nandamuri families had to celebrate Sankranti without Chandra Nanu who is in padayatra away from home. Bala Krishna, Lokesh and other family members have on Monday played cricket with the local fans. TDP senior leaders Gali Muddu Krishnama Naidu and Bojjala Gopala Krishna Reddy visited their place to greet them.
Later, Bala Krishna went to Punganuru unveil the statue of his late father N T Rama Rao. This is the second time both the families celebrated their Sankranthi at Naravaripalle. The entire entourage is expected to visit Tirumala and offer prayers at the hill temple before winding-up their sojourn at the village.
