The controversy that surrounded Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Prestigious 150th film, Kathilantodu , has been resolved.
The film’s shoot got postponed repeatedly because of a controversy – over crediting the script of the film . For last few years , writer Narasimha Rao who is said to be the original writer of Tamil Kaththi wants remuneration as well as credits in the title. He registered the story with Writers association and lodged complaint also.
Without give credit title, Tamil director Murugadoss has released Vijay starer Kaththi and its remake rights to Ram Charan.
After several appeals, The makers of Tamil Kaththi reportedly agreed to pay 40 Lakhs to Narasimha Rao on Chiranjeevi’s insistence . Narasimha Rao would also get credit titles as “Rachana Sahakaram” along with Murugadoss.
THe movie would go to floor after pre production work ,Art director Thota Tharani had started work, erecting a huge jail set.
