KCR sets ten-year action plan for Hyderabad

KCR held a review meeting on the development of Hyderabad with Ministers KT Rama Rao, Harish Rao and senior officials including Special Chief Secretary S.K. Joshi, Principal Secretaries S. Narsing Rao, Ramakrishna, Navin Mittal, GHMC Commissioner Janardhan Reddy, HMDA Commissioner Chiranjeevulu, Water Works Commissioner Dana Kishore at Pragathi Bhavan. He instructed officials to prepare a strategy for next 30 years and an action plan for the next 10 years.

KCR plan is to set up two reservoirs, looking into the drainage, sewerage network, flood canals, power supply, sanitation, transport issues, markets, building more public toilets, maintaining greenery around the city. Apart from giving uninterrupted power supply to all sectors.
