KCR promises 9 hour power supply

kcrTelangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao announced that his government would provide 9 hour power supply to the agriculture sector in the state from March 2016.

Addressing Independence Day meeting at Golkonda Fort,he said 25,000 MW of additional power would be generated by 2019 to ensure speedier growth in industrial and other sectors. He said, his government is firm on giving 9 hours quality uninterrupted power supply to farmers in the mornings.

He said, His the government was able to attract Rs.91,000 crore investment in the state in power sector. He also alleged that Telangana state has lost during previous governments in united AP.
