Actress Jeevitha Rajashekar reacts on allegations of linking two members who were arrested with old currency notes of 7 crores.
Two persons were arrested by Hyderabad Task force with demonetised currency notes of Rs seven crore which was seized from them in Jubilee Hills area.
Rs 7 crore was seized from a company named Srinivas Enterprises in Jubilee Hills. Production manager Srinivas and another person Ravi were arrested.
Media alleged that the residence in connection with the exchange of notes has an office named Srinivas Enterprises and also some media went ahead to allege that Srinivas is none other than Jeevitha’s elder brother.
Jeevitha came before media to clarify that there is no office named Srinivas Enterprises at the premises of her residence in Jubliee Hills. The office that exists at her residence is Joshta Creations which belongs to their family.
Speaking about Srinivas who was arrest she said, Her brother’s name is Murali Srinivas and he has undergone kidney transplantation in Appolo hospital and still undergoing treatment in the hospital. The Srinivas who was arrested is the production manger who works with her production house and there is no connection with him or with his company.
Srinivas and Ravi were taken into custody when they were trying to exchange the demonetised Rs.500 and Rs.1,000 currency notes.
