Jagan’s plea to rejoin Congress!

MP Lagadapti Rajagopal ruled out the chances of inviting YSR Congress president YS Jaganmohan Reddy into the Congress party. He also clarified that Congress will not allow Jagan to rejoin the parent party, even if the Young Leader is interested.
“We are ready to welcome, whoever comes forward to join our party. Either it may be Chandrababu or Jagan or KCR. All of them had gone out from their parent party Congress. In the present situation, I don’t think there is such possibility. There were a lot of allegations against him. Without proving his sanctity, the chances of he returning to Congress are bleak. We have seen some of case where Congress party axed leaders like Suresh Kalmadi, who were facing corruption allegations. So, it will be difficult for Jagan to rejoin Congress,” he replied, when the media quizzed him about whether Congress would invite Jagan.
It may be recalled that Lagadapati himself had several times commented that ‘If not now, Jagan would return to Congress in future’.
Lagadapati also opined that High Command would continued Kiran Kumar Reddy as the Chief Minister of the state till 2014.
