The special CBI court on Wednesday extended the judicial remand of Kadapa MP Y S Jagan mohan Reddy till December 19th in the alleged quid pro quo deals case.
Along with Mr. Reddy, the remand of former minister Mopidevi Venkataramana, senior bureaucrats K K Brahamananda Reddy, Business tycoon Nimagadda and In OMC case Gali Janardhan Reddy, Sunil Reddy Alikhan were also extended till December 19th.
Mr. Reddy and others, presently lodged in the Chenchalguda Central Prison, were produced before the court by jail authorities personally. Jagan for the first time after 71 days stepped out of Jail, was taken in a bullet proof vehicle to CBI court in Nampally. There was tight security from Chancalguda jail to Gaganvihar court , all roads were filled with police as if other countries PM is on visit.
Jagan party’s leader started giving slogans as he steeped out of jail . Nimmagadda and Brahamananda Reddy were in Ayyappa Deeksha. Meanwhile, Vijaya Reddy daughter of P.Janardhan Reddy reached chanchalguda jail to meet Jagan. Jagan was given one hour time to meet his family member and others. On the flip side , Enforce directorate looking forward to attach properties for the second time. already 72 crore properties were attached by it , Hearing in this regard will be on 13th December.
