YSRCP has criticised Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for moving the court, seeking quashing of the proceedings against him in a cash-for-vote case.
YSRCP chief Y. S. Jaganmohan Reddy said Despite Naidu caught red handed in the cash for vote scam issue, he has the ability to manage and come out of it. It was the first time in the country that a Chief Minister was caught in a cash-for-vote case. He alleged that Naidu was making every attempt to save himself.
Jagan claimed that Naidu sent union minister Sujana Chowdary to Delhi to meet central ministers Arun Jaitley and Venkaiah Naidu. Chowdary then met Governor E. S. L. Narasimhan in Hyderabad. When some one ask why he met Governor, Sujana says for apprising on special category status. Jagan wondered Governor’s connection with special status.
