Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has criticised the Opposition YSRCP party chief Jagan Mohan reddy for seeking his resignation from the post to mount pressure on the Central Government to accord special category status (SCS) to the State.
While Jagan alleged that , Chandrababu Naidu who has been caught red-handed with audio visual evidence has turned into puppet in the hands of Centre and has mortgaged the state interests at Delhi to save his skin and demanded Naidu’s resignation.
Reacting on this, Naidu alleged that , It was Jagan who compromised on the State’s interests during the bifurcation of the State for securing bail. He also criticised YSRCP for the state -wide bandh.
He said, his party would never compromise on the State’s interests and said TDP continued its demand for SCS . He further said, the Centre had assured the State to provide all the benefits that came along with the special category status.
