ISRO launches 100th Satellite successfully

isroIndian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has successfully launched their 100th Satellite PSLV-C40 from Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota.

The 100th satellite, ‘Cartosat-2 Series’, was launched on Friday, PSLV C-40 launch vehicle successfully blasted off with 31 satellites, including 28 foreign ones.Cartosat-2 Series satellite and 30 others were inserted into a 505-km sun-synchronous orbit after about 17 minutes since its liftoff.

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao congratulated the Scientists of Indian Space Research Organisation.
