An International Conference on Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Knowledge Management hosted by IBS was concluded here today.
The two-day conference saw 36 research scholars from India and across the globe. A total of 37 papers were presented on a variety of topics ranging from issues in television advertisements of fairness creams to how social media has become an undeniable influence on customer care and customer loyalty. There were also papers presented on challenges to line segmentation of handwritten documents, hospital management through assessment of hospital websites as knowledge management tools, by delegates representing India and various countries like the US, Yemen, Morocco, the UAE and Indonesia.
The aim of the conference is to create a platform for distinguished research scholars from renowned institutions to share their views on contemporary and emerging issues. This conference also saw eminent industrialists and academicians exchange views on Emerging Trends in Business Analytics and Knowledge Management.
