Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao to move into his new home which is Z security protected, will be like a fortress with a bulletproof bathroom.
The house is over one lakh square feet along with two bedrooms which have been fitted with bullet-proof glass on the advice of state intelligence officials.
The cost of the house is nearly 50 crore that can accommodate 250 people with 3000 parking slots.
It has been built by the Shapoorji Pallonji, the real estate major that’s owned by the family of Cyrus Mistry in 9 acres.
More than 50 security personnel including Members of Intelligence Security Wing, will be monitoring the CM’s residence 24/7.
The Conference Hall will serve as a meeting place of the CM with all the concerned citizens and is named as Janahita.
KCR is all set to step into his new sprawling official residential building and office complex at 5.22 AM on November 24.
