High court express anger on Gutha Sukhender Reddy

In the past, Gutta Sukhender Reddy had been active in the fight against the Telangana government as the Congress MP. He has filed cases in the courts and has given a lot of jitters to the Telangana government. Time has changed, He joined the TRS and stopped fighting and started praising the govt.

But his past battles have become setback for him because he had previously criticised the government over appointments of advisors by providing them VIP cars, phone and other facilities and designated them with cabinet status. Gupta was angry at the decision of the then KCR government. A case was also filed in the High Court on the issue .

However, after joining TRS he has asked the High Court to withdraw the case . His advocate filed a petition in the high court to withdraw the case. The High Court was angry with this.

The High Court has questioned whether the courts are being used as a forum for politics. the court has warned that Even if he withdraw the case, the trial will stop. The High Court said no to the case withdrawal.
