HC notices to airlines on Diwakar Reddy fly ban

diwakar reddyTDP MP JC Diwakar Reddy banned by airlines for his unruly behavior in Vishakapatnam airport flew by a special flight to Delhi to vote in the Presidential Poll 2017.

Meanwhile, The Hyderabad High Court issued notices to respondents on a petition filed by Diwakar Reddy challenging the flying ban imposed on him.

The respondents include Union Ministry of Civil Aviation, the DGCA, Air India, Jet Airways, Vistara Airlines, IndiGo, GoAir, AirAsia, SpiceJet and Turbo Megha Airways.

However, The court made remarks stating “Will JC allow such incidents in Diwakar Travels?. The court made it clear that Without hearing the respondents , no interim orders can be given
