Hyderabad High Court gave a ruling in The AgriGold case, which has created a sensation in Telugu states collecting an amount of Rs 7,000 crore from lakhs of small and poor depositors and evaded repayments.
The court ordered the AP and Telangana government to constitute three member committee to liquidating the assets of Agri Gold company to distribute them to the depositors. It also directed to take up auctioning in 2 phases.
The court gave some guidelines for selling the properties of the company . Its chairman Avvas Venkata Rama Rao earlier gave list of properties to the court.
