Harvard mass copying lead to suspensions

Harvard University mass copying which rocked the entire university last Octoner has lead to suspension of 60 students out of 125 students in the US, nearly half of the 279 undergraduate students enrolled in a class are being investigated for plagiarism.

An initial investigation found that these students plagiarised other students’ answers or collaborated beyond permitted limits in answering their take-home final exam papers.

Remaining students might face disciplinary action which could mean withdrawing from college for a year. And lifelong stigma of being among the first plagiarists at Harvard if found guilty.
