Guru Purnima importance – Shirdi Sai

Shirdi-Sai-BabaGuru Purnima is celebrated on the full moon day of Ashada Masam (July- August month) . The word GURU is a combination of GU-RU . In Sanskrit “GU” means Darkness and “RU” means the one who removes darkness and take us into Light.

On this day the disciples worship their Guru as the later is the one who removes all their doubts and take them forward. The Sadhguru explains us about the limitations of life and death, one can cross, if one is willing to strive for it.

Shirdi Sai Baba is one such Sadhguru , who always asked his devotes to remember two words Shradha (Belief or Faith) and Saburi (Patience) . Baba sowed the seeds of spiritual inspiration in the hearts of people . One should have through belief in his guru and should have immense patience for attaining his goal with constant effort towards goal.
