At Least One person was killed and two others injured in police firing on Monday night in tense Bengaluru, where violence broke out due to Cauvery issue.
Bangalore city Police Commissioner N.S. Megharikh said, Curfew has been clamped in 16 areas across the city and ban order issued under Section 144 of the CrPCA across the city to maintain law and order. The Karnataka Government on Monday appealed to people across the state to maintain peace .
