Congress corners BJP over private bill introduced by Congress MP KVP Ramachandra Rao in parliament, demanding BJP to issue a whip and vote in favour of the bill.
BJP leader confirmed that Congress MP KVP Ramachandra Rao ‘s private member bill in parliament will not come for voting in Rajya sabha.
BJP leader Raghunath Babu said that there are chances of discussion over bill in Rajya Sabha, but the voting process will not be carried out. Even if it comes for voting , it will not win according to the rules .
However K.V.P. Ramachandra Rao, Congress MP, Expressing supreme confidence said that, six parties, including JD(U) and RJD will definitely support the bill and He had written twice to Chandrababu asking him for support to the Bill.
Congress is taking it very seriously, it is going to issue three line whip. TDP already stated that they would support the bill if it comes for voting, this is moral boost for Congress.
While APCC president Raghuveera Reddy has demanded Chief minister Chandrabbau Naidu,YSRCP president Jagan mohan reddy and BJP to issue a whip and vote in favour of the private bill.
