Chandrababu seeks Narendra Modi’s help for building AP

modi-naidu1Addressing the Independence Day celebrations in R K Beach in Vishakapatnam , Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu sought the central government support to achieve level-playing field with other states.

He said, His vision is to make AP into one of the three leading states by 2022 and the number one state by 2029. The state after bifurcation is marching towards growth and determined to achieve double digit growth during the current financial year.

He said, Center has kept its promise in granting reputed educational institutes to AP and expects the same from Narendra Modi government for building the capital. He said They took up the challenge to build the capital  a par with other international cities and said Singapore has already prepared three master plans. Amaravati will be one of the best cities in the world.

Meanwhile, Naidu will meet Modi in Delhi next week to seek special category status to the state and implement commitments made in Andhra Pradesh Bifurcation Act.
