CBI court rejects Jagan’s bail once again

YSR Congress president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy who filed two bail petitions in the CBI Court on on November 16th one of them is rejected today and the other will be come before court on 30th November which is the last hope for Jagan to come out of Jail , otherwise he has to stay 3 more months till investigation is completed.

Jagan has said in his petition filed that, His custody period of 90 days are completed and CBI has arrested him based on first charge sheet which was submitted to court in month of March 2012 and the investigation of CBI’s first charge sheet is already completed. He also said according to CPC 167(a) he is entitled to apply for statutory bail.

But CBI lawyer made a point on 141 section  that,  Supreme court has rejected his bail and there is no need for other courts to grant him bail as the case inquiry is in its last leg in crucial stage. It has also informed the court that , CBI is going to file a single Charge sheet soon and the inquiry will complete in 3 months and there are 7 issues in the case which have to be investigated so granting bail at this time will give chance to Jagan to influence the case.
