Bhanu Kiran is very much in Andhra
Director general of police V Dinesh Reddy said that the police had information about the movements of Bhanu Kiran, the prime accused in factionist Maddelachervu Suri’s murder case. He also revealed that Bhanu is hiding in AP itself and the special police teams were on the hunt.
Bhanu Kiran has been absconding after the murder of Maddelacheruvu Suri on January 2. Suri was shot two rounds on his head from behind by Bhanu, when they were travelling in a car. After the attack, Bhanu fled from Hyderabad as per the plan. There were reports at that time that he had taken shelter in north Indian states.
Suri was served a life sentence in the Cherlapalli jail in connection with the sensational bomb blast case at Jubilee Hills in 1997, where about 26 people got killed. He was also the prime accused in TDP legislator Paritala Ravi’s murder case. To everyone’s surprise, he got killed in the hands of his close associate. Several land settlements done by Bhanu using Suri’s name has come to light after this incident.
