Vamshi himself violated the terms and conditions of the agreement by giving rights of the story to a publisher BLOOMSBURY publishing PVT Ltd and got published a English Novel by name Temper with same character names, causing irreparable loss to him.
This was taken to cine chamber and stopped the balance amount of the cheque But Vamsi went to court and court pronounced the judgement and now wish to knock the higher court against the for legal battle with Vamsi .
