Hindupur TDP legislator Nandamuri Balakrishna has apologised for his ‘vulgar’ remarks on women at the Savitri movie audio function, in Assembly today.
The leader of the oppostion , YSRCP chief Jagan Mohan Reddy raised the issue in Assembly in a discussion on the occassion of International Women’s Day.
Balakrishna expressed regrets over his remarks and apologises if they hurt the feelings of any section. He said, he has high regards and respect towards the women and as part of movie scene sequence he made such comment and didn’t mean to insult women.
Balakrishna also wished the women across the world on the eve of International Women’s day.
