Baahubali Piracy key pirates arrested

However, Baahubali 2 have incurred a ‘humongous’ loss because due to the piracy. The makers have requested the police to immediately take down the illegal websites showing pirated versions of the film.

The latest update is that producers Shobhu and Prasad have filed a complaint with Cyber crime sleuths of Hyderabad that they received a call from a person who has demanded 2 crores ransom and also threatened them that they would upload the high-quality print on to Net, which was acquired by them from the satellite .

A person named Rahul Verma the key person has contacted Arka media employee on April 27 from Delhi. He informed that he has stolen the print through satellite organizing a premiere show of the film. Arka media approached the police who advised them to lure the key pin agreeing to pay 2 crores.

Rahul’s agent later reached Hyderabad and the police acted as Arka media employees, who met Rahul and asked him to give all the CDs. They all went to Delhi and three more people were taken into custody and later police contacted Rahul who was in Patna. Police reached Patna and took the main accused Rahul into custody. Rahul reportedly made huge sum by pirating the Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam versions of the film. He was the one who has uploaded the Baahubali part one film earlier.
