The shooting of Rajamouli’s magnum opus film Baahubali 2, which has wrapped up the shooting in Kerala , falls in troubles.
The Animal rights campaigner of Heritage Animal Task Force, has demanded action against the film for using an elephant in the film shooting without taking prior permission.
The jumbo, Chirakkal Kalidasan was used in the shooting at Thrissur . The Task force secretary V K Venkatachalam has sent a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi demanding action against the Baahubali crew, including the producer, director and cinematographer.
He alalged that , the elephant was forced to stand in high power electric light and used weapon ‘ankush” to compel the animal to obey their orders.
