While Telangana celebrated its third formation day on Friday, Andhra Pradesh organized ‘Nava Nirmana Deeksha’.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu administered the oath to the people to rebuild the state, which was bifurcated with no capital city.
Naidu said AP has yet to come to terms with the bifurcation. He described June 2, as a ‘black day’ in AP History.
Naidu lodging protest told people to dedicate themselves to rebuild the state. The bifurcation bill was passed in Parliament by closing the doors and attacking the TDP MPs and was sent in a fighter plane to Hyderabad for ratification
He said, Congress President Sonia Gandhi divided the state on the independence day of her country, Italy.
